We accept returns / exchanges on defective merchandise only. No refunds. We will exchange the defective merchandise or give you a store credit to be used on your next order as long as the following conditions are met:

  • All claims for manufacture defects or damaged items must be reported within 7 days after delivered. (report by phone, fax or e-mail)
  • Swag will pay for return shipping on damaged items reported within 7 days.

Product Exchange Program:

  • Swag Jewelry may be exchanged only after 60 days in house with an additional 10 day return period. (Exchange period is between 60-70 days after ship date)
  • (Credit only from original invoice date.)
  • Eligible items: Belts, Necklaces, Necklace Sets, Bracelets, Earrings, Rings, Hair Accessories and Pins.
  • All exchanges will be credited on the next order; min. of 30 days after RMA form is received.
  • All exchanges must be in original condition on Swag cards or tags, all store price tags must be removed (except swags price tags)
  • Jewelry must be packed with care and individually wrapped to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Customers will be responsible to pay for all shipping fees for exchanges.

Swag Handbags Terms of Purchase Policy

  • A Certificate of Exemption-Resale Tax Form must be submitted before first order will be processed. If requesting Net 30 terms, Credit Application or Credit Reference Sheet must be submitted for credit approval.
  • Order Minimums:
    • Order Minimum order: $100.00
    • Reorders Minimum order: $100.00
    • A $5.00 service fee will be added to all orders not meeting minimum dollar requirements.
  • Prices:
    • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Shipping:
    • All orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted on order. Shipping and handling fees min. $15.00 per order. (if shipping via collect a $5.00 handling fee will be assessed)
  • Credit Terms
    • Major credit cards accepted (Visa, Discover and American Express).
    • Net 30 days with credit approval. All new customers must submit a credit reference sheet or credit application before first order will be processed.
    • No C.O.D. accepted.
    • A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all invoices not paid within 30 days of invoice date.
    • A $30.00 service charge for any NSF check will apply.
